近年来,顶管施工引起的土体扰动特性研究越来越重要。通过分析顶管施工过程地表位移的分阶段扰动机理,将顶管推进过程中的地表位移分为四个阶段:前期波动阶段、隆起阶段、施工沉降阶段和后期固结沉降阶段。本文利用上海世博电力隧道工程的土压力、孔隙水压力、深层水平位移和地下水位实测数据,分析顶管施工引起的土体扰动特性,研究表明,顶管施工中的开挖面稳定和泥浆套技术对土体扰动有较大影响。
In recent years, the research on soil disturbance caused by pipe jacking is more and more important. By analyzing the staged disturbance process during the pipe jacking process, the surface displacement during the pipe jacking process is divided into four stages: the pre-stage fluctuation stage, the uplift stage, the construction subsidence stage and the post-consolidation settlement stage. Based on the data of earth pressure, pore water pressure, deep horizontal displacement and groundwater table of the Shanghai World Expo’s power tunneling project, this paper analyzes the soil disturbance characteristics caused by pipe jacking. The results show that the excavation surface is stable and the mud cover Technology has a greater impact on soil disturbance.
