1前言电站锅炉安装过程中焊接是工作量大且又重要的施工工序。焊缝质量检验是保证焊接质量的重要环节,无损检测又是焊缝质量检验的主要手段,其中大量的对接接头要进行射线探伤。在《蒸汽锅炉安全技术监察规程》(1996)规定了对接接头的射线探伤应按GB 3323—87《钢熔化焊对接接头射线照相和质量分级》的规定执行。射线照相的质量要求不应低于AB级。额定蒸汽压力大于0.1MPa的锅炉,对接接头的质量不低于Ⅱ级为合格。而电力系统也有其行业射线探伤标准,其最新版本为DL/T
1 Introduction Power station boiler installation process is a heavy workload and important construction process.
