运用无水乙醇、强酸、强碱造成胃粘膜损伤模型,观察胃尔康对大鼠胃粘膜损伤的影响,结果发现:胃尔康能有效地防止上述急性坏死性物质引起的胃粘膜损伤,且随中药剂量的增大这种抗胃粘膜损伤作用越明显;同时,这种保护作用能被内源性前列腺素合成阻断剂消炎痛部分阻断。表明胃尔康有明显的细胞保护作用,这种作用可能是通过该药刺激胃粘膜合成和释放内源性前列腺素而实现。提示胃尔康的抗胃粘膜损伤作用可能是其防治大鼠胃粘膜异型增生的作用机制之一。
A model of gastric mucosal injury was induced by using ethanol, strong acid, and strong alkali to observe the effect of Weierkang on gastric mucosal damage in rats. The results showed that Gascon can effectively prevent gastric mucosal damage caused by the aforementioned acute necrotic substances, and With the increase of the dose of traditional Chinese medicine, the anti-gastric mucosal damage is more obvious; at the same time, this protective effect can be partially blocked by indomethacin, an endogenous prostaglandin synthesis blocker. It shows that Gascon has significant cytoprotective effect, which may be achieved through the stimulation of gastric mucosa synthesis and release of endogenous prostaglandins. It is suggested that Gasol Kang’s anti-gastric mucosal injury may be one of the mechanisms that prevent the gastric mucosal dysplasia in rats.
