研究乙二醛在马尾松硫酸盐浆漂白中的各个影响因素,即乙二醛的用量、初始pH值、漂白时间以及温度对ClO2漂段的影响。结果表明,乙二醛在硫酸盐马尾松浆二氧化氯漂白段的适宜条件是:浆浓10%,ClO2用量1.5%,乙二醛用量1.2%,温度70℃,初始pH值2.5~3.0,时间90min,纸浆白度可以达到74.45%ISO。通过不同的添加方案对D1ED2P漂白的影响,在D2段添加乙二醛比D1段添加效果要好,比不添加助剂漂白时高3.36%ISO,纸浆白度可以达到88.36%ISO。
The effects of glyoxal on the bleaching of masson pine pulp were studied. The effects of glyoxal dosage, initial pH, bleaching time and temperature on the bleaching of ClO2 were studied. The results showed that the suitable conditions for glyoxal bleaching in the mass fraction of massoniana pulp were as follows: pulp concentration 10%, ClO2 1.5%, glyoxal 1.2%, temperature 70 ℃, initial pH 2.5-3.0, Time 90min, pulp whiteness can reach 74.45% ISO. The effect of adding different glyphosate on the bleaching of D1ED2P was better than that of D1 in the section D2, which was 3.36% higher than the bleaching without additives and 88.36% ISO.
