【热点背景】2007年11月15日,国务院新闻办公室发布《中国的政党制度》白皮书,全面介绍了中国政党制度的形成、主要特征和基本内容,这是我国首次就政党制度发表白皮书,也是中国政府继2005年发表《中国的民主政治建设》白皮书后,又一次以政府文告的形式阐述中国的政治文明建设。白皮书的发表,有助于国际社会和中国人民了解中国政党制度确立、发展的必然性及其在中国革命、建设和改革事业中的巨大优越性。白皮书指出,中国实行的政党制度是中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度,是适合中国国情的一项基本政治制度,是具有中国特色的社会主义政党制度,是中国社会主义民主政治的重要组成部分。
[Background] On November 15, 2007, the State Council Information Office released a white paper entitled “China’s Political Party System,” which comprehensively introduced the formation, main features and basic contents of the Chinese political party system. This is the first time that China has published a white paper on the political party system and is also a member of China After the publication of the white paper entitled “China’s Democratic and Political Construction” in 2005, the government once again elaborated China’s political civilization in the form of a government announcement. The publication of the white paper will help the international community and Chinese people understand the inevitability of the establishment and development of the Chinese political party system and its tremendous superiority in the cause of Chinese revolution, construction and reform. The white paper points out that the party system practiced in China is a system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation led by the Chinese Communist Party, a basic political system suited to China’s national conditions, a socialist party system with Chinese characteristics and an important socialist democracy in China component.
