国家经委决定,在“七五”期间,有步骤有计划地在国营六千多个大型企业中推行全面质量管理。今年,第一批实行的一千多个企业中我部就有十二个。他们分别是一一一厂,二○○厂、上海有线电厂,上海广播器材厂,一一九厂、一三九厂、二三九厂、三○七厂、五二九厂、六九九厂、八一一厂和三四○五厂。今后五年内,我部的企业将全部推行之。各厂厂长们应早决策、早安排,扎扎实实地做好基础工作,千万不要只闻鼓声,不出兵了。为配合搞好这一工作,本刊先发表这些“先行官”们的一些想法和决心。今后,我们将陆续刊登他们在推行全面质量管理工作上的先进经验。其它企业的厂长们读后,有何想法?又如何去行动?我们很想听听你们的心声,本刊《厂长园地》将竭诚为您服务。 The State Economic and Trade Commission decided that during the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period, it will implement comprehensive quality management in more than 6,000 large-scale state-owned enterprises in a planned and planned manner.
