与成功地培养饮食习惯(经验见本刊今年第四期《儿子的吃饭问题》——编者注)相反,我们在孩子睡眠问题上却走了不少弯路。现在回想起来,走弯路的原因,主要是源于我的两种模糊认识:其一,分床睡与合床睡各有利弊,并非一定要孩子独睡;其二,睡眠的多少因人而异,不必强求孩子早早上床入睡。现在看来这后一种认识是不正确的,因为对孩子的睡眠时间不作些要求,就造成孩子每天实际睡眠时间只有10小时左右。而专家认为此时幼儿的睡眠时间应保证
