本文通过对全国高职院校办学规模、在校生人数快速增长与高职教育资源投入不足的实际状况进行研究与分析,针对高职教育投入不足与投入失衡,较全面地提出解决高职教育投入问题的多种途径和主要措施,从体制层面建立高职院校投入的长效机制,并逐步形成科学的办学成本效益评价管理体系,为保持高职教育持续健康稳定发展提供必要的条件。 This paper studies and analyzes the actual situation of the scale of running a school, the rapid growth of the number of students in colleges and universities and the inadequate input of higher vocational education resources.
