(一)适应经济全球化及加入 WTO的需要,实现境内培训与境外培训相结合。为使工商管理培训与国际接轨,在搞好国内工商管理普及性培训的基础上,注重到国外进行高层次的国际 MBA 培训,以培养外向型、国际化人才。1999年9月,市经委运用市场经济的运作方式,在政府未拨一分钱的情况下,与化夏银行青岛支行、青岛电业局联合实施了《企业经理人才培训合作项目》。这一项目的启动,对顺利组织工交系统44名企业年轻干部赴澳大利亚悉尼科技大学进行了为期三个月的工商管理课程培训起到了很好的促进作用。今年上半年,又组织第二批33名年轻干部赴澳培训,使培训人数达到77名。这项境外培训,时间之长、人数之多、距离之远在我市都是空前的,使参加培训学员接受一次真正与国际接轨的教育。参训学员回到各自企业,运用所学知
(1) To meet the needs of economic globalization and accession to the WTO, and to combine domestic training with overseas training. In order to make business administration training accord with international practice, on the basis of doing a good job of popularizing business administration in our country, we pay attention to foreign high-level international MBA training so as to cultivate export-oriented and international talents. In September 1999, the municipal economic commission applied the mode of operation of market economy and jointly implemented “Enterprise Manager Training Cooperation Project” with Qingdao Branch of Huaxia Bank and Qingdao Electric Power Bureau under the condition that the government did not allocate a penny. The launching of this project has played a very good role in promoting the successful training of 44 young cadres in the ITL system at the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia, for a three-month training in business administration. In the first half of this year, the second batch of 33 young cadres was organized to go to Australia for training, bringing the number of trainees to 77. This overseas training, long time, many people, far away from the city are unprecedented, so that trainees to participate in a truly truly international education.
