近年来我们有选择性地前后做了三例异体牙移植手术,现报导如下。手术过程及操作方法1.移植体的来源:异(供)体牙的来源是在别人口腔牙齿排列不整或错位牙拔下来的。2.手术:先拔除所需要的错位牙,用无菌生理盐水泡浸,然后拔除接种者的患牙。手术时应仔细勿损伤移植体及其根周的胚胎组织。3.准备牙槽窝:拔除病牙时应保护颊、舌侧骨板、病变组织应刮尽。如牙槽窝较小时,可用骨凿或圆钻稍加扩大。4.移植:将移植体植入已准备好的牙槽窝中,其(牙台)面应低于邻牙(牙台)面。牙根不应紧贴牙槽壁,使其有继续生长发育的余地。
