目的观察穴位贴敷联合补肺固本合剂治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(肺脾气虚证)的疗效。方法将240例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为穴位贴敷组(A组),补肺固本合剂组(B组),穴位贴敷联合补肺固本合剂组(C组),对照组匹多莫德组(D组),对比4组患儿的临床疗效、感染发作次数及持续时间。结果A,B,C组治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的总有效率高于D组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);A,B,C 3组组间比较,A,C组优于B组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);A,C组组间比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。4组症状总积分治疗前后组内比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗后A,B,C 3组与D组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗后A,B,C组比较,C组优于A,B组(P<0.05)。对于感染发作次数及持续时间比较,治疗前后组内比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗后A,B,C组与D组比较,差异亦有统计意义(P<0.05);A,C 2组优于B组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);A,C组组间比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合补肺固本合剂治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(肺脾气虚证)疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To observe the efficacy of acupoint sticking combined with Bufei Guben Mixture in treating children with recurrent respiratory tract infection (pulmonary spleen deficiency syndrome). Methods A total of 240 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into two groups: A group, Bufei Gubumnei group (B group), acupoint sticking combined with Bufei Gubumneng group (C group), control group Domperidone group (D group), compared the clinical efficacy of four groups of children, the number of infections and the duration of the attack. Results The total effective rate of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection in groups A, B and C was higher than that in group D (P <0.05), and the scores of group A, B and C were better than those in group B , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); There was no significant difference between A and C groups (P> 0.05). There were significant differences between the 4 groups before and after the treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the differences between groups A, B and C were statistically significant (P <0.05) B, C group, C group was better than A, B group (P <0.05). There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) between A, B and C groups and D group after treatment. A, C 2 group was better than B group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); A, C group comparison, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Acupoint sticking combined with Bufei Guben Mixture in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection (pulmonary spleen deficiency syndrome) significant effect, it is worth promoting.
