用丁基罗丹明 S 和结晶紫染料交换萃取荧光法测定矿石中的汞已有文献报道。我们研究了用丁基罗丹明 B 交换溴汞酸—结晶紫缔合物中的阳离子染料,然后用荧光光度法测定汞,获得了良好的选择性和极高的灵敏度。本法能测定空气中低至0.2微克/米~3的痕量汞。
The determination of mercury in ore by the exchange fluorescence spectrometry with butyl rhodamine S and crystal violet dye has been reported in the literature. We have studied the use of butyl rhodamine B exchange Brom Hg - crystal violet association of cationic dyes, and then the determination of mercury by fluorescence spectrometry, obtained good selectivity and high sensitivity. This method can be measured in the air as low as 0.2 micrograms / m ~ 3 trace mercury.
