目的探讨四维超声成像在胎儿唇裂诊断中的应用价值。方法 24例唇裂胎儿分成孕18~28周及29~40周,分别进行二维及四维超声检查后对其诊断率进行比较分析。结果二维超声对两组的唇裂诊断率均为100%,四维超声对两组的诊断率分别为75%和83.3%,统计学分析均无明显差异。24例中唇裂合并腭裂8例,漏诊4例,唇裂合并腭裂诊断率50%。结论四维超声作为一项无创,反复多次检查的技术,既保留了二维超声动态实时观察的优点,又能更形象、直观的显示胎儿唇裂,丰富了产前胎儿唇裂畸形筛查的检查手段,对围产医学优生优育工作开展有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the value of four-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal cleft lip. Methods 24 cases of cleft lip fetus were divided into pregnant for 18-28 weeks and 29-40 weeks. The diagnostic rates were compared after two-dimensional and four-dimensional ultrasonography respectively. Results The diagnostic rates of cleft lip were 100% in two groups by two-dimensional ultrasonography. The diagnostic rates of four-dimensional ultrasonography in both groups were 75% and 83.3% respectively. There was no significant difference in statistical analysis. In 24 cases cleft lip combined with cleft palate in 8 cases, missed diagnosis in 4 cases, cleft palate cleft palate diagnosis rate of 50%. Conclusion Four-dimensional ultrasound is a noninvasive and repeated inspection technique, which not only retains the advantages of two-dimensional ultrasound dynamic real-time observation, but also displays the cleft lip of the fetus more vividly and vividly, and enriches the screening method of prenatal fetal cleft lip and deformity , On perinatal medicine prenatal and postnatal care work is of great significance.
