对不同预腐蚀时间的裂纹萌生寿命进行统计分析,并选取了4种函数形式对(C,T)数据进行拟合对比分析。结果表明,指定裂纹尺寸的裂纹萌生寿命随腐蚀时间的增加而降低,在工程常用的时间范围内,若假定裂纹萌生寿命服从对数正态分布,指定裂纹尺寸的对数裂纹萌生寿命标准差与预腐蚀时间基本无关,单参数指数函数形式拟合的不同裂纹尺寸的C-T曲线效果最好。
The crack initiation life of different pre-corrosion time was statistically analyzed, and four kinds of functional forms were selected to compare the data of (C, T). The results show that the crack initiation life of a given crack size decreases with the increase of corrosion time. If the crack initiation life is assumed to be logarithmic normal distribution within the common time range of the project, the standard deviation of the log crack initiation life of the specified crack size and The pre-etching time is basically irrelevant. The CT curves of different crack sizes fitted by the single parameter exponential function are the best.
