为调整小型材产品结构,扩大品种,降低成本,推进建筑用钢筋的升级换代,满足市场对400MPa钢筋的需求,武钢集团鄂钢公司利用铌铁微合金化技术,成功研制开发出HRB400含铌新Ⅲ级钢筋混凝土用热轧带肋钢筋,实物质量达到了GB1499-1998的要求。为进一步改善提高钢筋的实物质量,本文对试验和批量生产的钢筋做了全面技术分析,提出了生产工艺改进意见。
In order to adjust the product structure of small sections, expand the varieties and reduce the costs, promote the upgrading of rebar for construction and meet the market demand for 400MPa rebar, Wuhan Iron and Steel Group E-Steel Co., Ltd. successfully developed the new niobium-containing HRB400 Grade III reinforced hot-rolled ribbed bars, the physical quality has reached the requirements of GB1499-1998. In order to further improve and enhance the physical quality of steel bars, this paper makes a comprehensive technical analysis of the tested and mass-produced steel bars and puts forward the suggestions of improving the production process.
