目的观察在腹腔镜下行前列腺癌根治术的围手术期护理对治疗效果的影响。方法 26例腹腔镜下根治手术治疗前列腺癌患者,随机分为对照组与护理组,每组13例。对照组采用常规护理,护理组进行围手术期护理干预,观察两组患者术后并发症及预后,同时调查患者对护理的满意程度。结果对照组手术出血量、手术时间、住院时间及并发症的发生情况均高于护理组(P<0.05);护理组患者护理满意度为92.31%,对照组患者护理满意度为61.54%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行前列腺癌根治术的患者进行围手术期护理干预,可以有效地减轻患者心理负担及恐惧,提高患者术后恢复情况,帮助患者早日康复。
Objective To observe the effect of perioperative nursing care on the curative effect of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. Methods Twenty-six patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer were randomly divided into control group and nursing group, with 13 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention and nursing group for perioperative nursing intervention. The postoperative complications and prognosis of the two groups were observed. At the same time, the satisfaction degree of the patients on nursing was investigated. Results The amount of operation bleeding, operation time, length of hospital stay and complication in the control group were higher than those in the nursing group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate was 92.31% in the nursing group and 61.54% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention for patients undergoing radical prostatectomy can effectively reduce the psychological burden and fear of patients, improve the postoperative recovery and help the patients recover soon.
