一、食品工业发展的现状和问题 从纵向上看,河北省食品工业近几年有一定的发展,食品工业的投资、产值、利税、出口都有提高,食品工业体系初步形成。但从横向上看,食品工业现在仍然是全省经济发展中的薄弱环节。其突出表现是:一是发展速度慢。“七五”时期,河北省食品工业平均发展速度为8.9%,同期全省工业产值平均发展速度为12.8%。二是产品的制成品比率低。经济发达国家食品工业制成品在居民消费支出中的比例一般要在80%以上,国内平均大致为40%,而河北省仅为30%。三是与农业的发展不相适应。发达国家食品工业产值与农业的产值比一般为2—3:1,国内平均为
I. Status Quo and Problems in the Development of the Food Industry From a vertical point of view, the food industry in Hebei Province has achieved certain development in recent years. The investment, output value, profits and taxes, and exports of the food industry have increased, and the food industry system has basically taken shape.
