通过对油田现场粘扣钻杆接头粘扣形貌进行分析和钻杆接头上部扣试验,对某油田钻杆螺纹接头粘扣原因进行了分析。结果表明:该批钻杆在使用过程中发生粘扣,既与接头本身抗粘扣性能差有关,也与使用操作不当有关,钻杆接头在安装时存在偏斜对扣、没有引扣、高速上扣等问题。最后通过对现有标准和钻具使用条件进行分析,提出了评价钻具螺纹接头抗粘扣性能的上卸扣次数的建议。
Based on the analysis of the sticky topography of the sticky-hole drill pipe joints and the upper buckle test of the drill pipe joints, the reasons for the sticking of the drill pipe threaded joints in an oilfield are analyzed. The results show that the sticking of the drill pipe during use is not only related to the poor anti-sticking performance of the joint itself, but also to the improper use of the drill pipe. The drill pipe joint has the bias buckle during installation, On the deduction and other issues. Finally, through the analysis of the existing standards and the use conditions of the drilling tools, a suggestion of evaluating the anti-tripping performance of the drilling tools is given.
