在企业发展过程中,煤炭企业是我国重要的能源单位。从总体上看,煤矿企业的管理模式总体上偏向粗放型,在企业运行模式中呈现出较多的问题,极大的限制了企业的发展方向。本文针对煤矿企业在开展精细化管理过程中存在的问题分析及解决途径进行探究,供同行业工作者借鉴参考。
In the process of enterprise development, coal enterprises are an important energy unit in our country. Overall, the management mode of coal mining enterprises is generally biased toward extensive type, presenting more problems in the operation mode of enterprises and greatly limiting the development direction of enterprises. In this paper, coal enterprises in the fine management of the existing problems in the process of analysis and solutions to explore for reference with the industry workers for reference.
