某些中药具有一定的酸性,强度的大小与药理作用有着密切的关系。了解这种关系对中药的临床应用有着重要的参考价值。但这方面研究的报道较少。作者用pHS—3型精密酸度计测定了5种中药提取液的pH值,结果显示这5种中药均具有中等强度的酸性,属于酸性药。同时探讨了这5种酸性药在体内的药理作用。
Some Chinese herbs have a certain degree of acidity, and the strength of the medicine has a close relationship with the pharmacological effects. Understanding this relationship has important reference value for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine. However, there are few reports on this aspect of the study. The authors used pHS-3 type precision acidometer to determine the pH values of the five Chinese herbal extracts. The results showed that the five Chinese herbs all had moderate acidity and were acidic. At the same time, the pharmacological effects of these five acidic drugs in vivo were discussed.
