[目的]建立食品卫生量化分级制度推行过程影响因素评价指标模型。[方法]利用分层整群抽样和随机抽样相结合的方法,抽取部分城市卫生监督员和企业食品卫生管理人员进行调查,通过主成分分析和因子分析,确定推行过程影响成效因素指标内容和重要程度,并通过检验,确立影响因素指标模型。[结果]建立了含10个因子60个指标的食品卫生量化分级制度推行过程影响因素指标模型,即领导重视程度、评审行为规范、评审组织管理、评审公平程度和方式、推行机制、评定后续管理、企业能动性、标准要求及操作性、企业承担负荷和消费者认可程度。[结论]通过检验,表明指标模型能准确反映真实情况,在推行量化分级管理策略方面具有一定的参考价值。
[Objective] To establish the evaluation index model of affecting factors in the implementation of quantitative classification system of food hygiene. [Methods] By using the methods of stratified cluster sampling and random sampling, part of urban health supervisors and enterprise food hygiene managers were selected for investigation. The principal component analysis and factor analysis were used to determine the content and importance of indicators of impact factors Degree, and through testing, establish the influencing factor index model. [Results] The establishment of an index model of factors influencing the implementation of quantitative and health food hygiene grading system with 60 indicators of 10 factors, namely, the importance of leadership, the evaluation of code of conduct, the evaluation of organization and management, the evaluation of fairness and methods, the promotion of mechanisms and the evaluation of follow-up management , Enterprise initiative, standard requirements and operability, enterprises bear the load and consumer acceptance. [Conclusion] The test shows that the indicator model can accurately reflect the real situation and has certain reference value in the implementation of quantitative and hierarchical management strategies.
