目的研究产后康复综合治疗仪应用于剖宫产术后产妇的临床效果。方法 200例剖宫产术后患者(试验组)知情同意后,应用产后康复综合治疗仪进行产后康复治疗,随机选择同期未使用任何辅助治疗的120例剖宫产患者作为对照组,观察两组疗效。结果经过不同的处理后,试验组产妇乳胀或乳汁增加时间、拔除尿管后排尿时间和肛门排气时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);试验组产妇24 h子宫下降高度长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用产后康复综合治疗仪应用于剖宫产术后产妇,产妇术后康复状况良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of postpartum rehabilitation comprehensive treatment instrument on maternal post-cesarean section. Methods A total of 120 cesarean section patients who did not receive any adjuvant therapy during the same period were selected randomly as control group after 200 patients with cesarean section (experimental group) were informed of their consent. Postpartum rehabilitation therapy was used to treat postpartum rehabilitation. Efficacy. Results After different treatments, the duration of maternal swelling or milk increase, urination time and anus discharge time in the experimental group were less than those in the control group (P <0.05). The 24 h hysterhal decline in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The postpartum rehabilitation comprehensive therapeutic apparatus applied to postpartum cesarean section, maternal postoperative recovery is good, worthy of clinical application.
