目的调查福建省非典型肠致病性大肠杆菌(aEPEC)脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子分型情况,分析菌株间的遗传关联度和基因组的多态性。方法运用脉冲场凝胶电泳分子分型技术,对2010年-2012年鉴定为aEPEC的29株细菌进行基因分型。结果 29株aEPEC按照100%的相似度分为15个PFGE基因型别,其中P1型有11株、P2型2株、P5型2株、P11型3株、其余型别各只有1株。结合流行病学背景,P1、P5和P11基因型的病例在发病的时间和地区上有聚集性。结论福建省aEPEC存在基因组的多态性;运用PFGE分子分型技术进行回顾性分子流行病学研究,在福建省内首次报道了由aEPEC新发病原菌引起的聚集性病例;同时说明PFGE技术能够在疫情暴发或者流行时对共同暴露者进行确认。
Objective To investigate the molecular typing of apexae pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) in atypical enterococcal enterotoxigenic E. coli (aEPEC) in Fujian Province, and to analyze the genetic correlation and genomic polymorphism among strains. Methods Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis molecular typing was used to genotype 29 strains of bacteria identified as aEPEC from 2010 to 2012. Results 29 strains of aEPEC were divided into 15 PFGE genotypes according to 100% similarity, of which 11 were type P1, 2 were type P2, 2 were type P5 and 3 were type P11, and only 1 was the other types. Combined with the epidemiological background, cases of P1, P5 and P11 genotypes have clustered at time and place of onset. Conclusions There is genomic polymorphism of aEPEC in Fujian Province. The retroviral molecular epidemiology of aEPEC was used to report the clustering of aEPEC in Fujian province. Confirmation of co-exposed persons when an outbreak or outbreak has occurred.
