介绍了基于太阳能集热技术与冰雪融化技术研发的1种新型太阳能融雪净水系统,主要由太阳能聚光集热系统、促冰雪快速融化系统、融雪水净水3大功能系统组成。阐述了主要功能系统的设计思路与研制过程,搭建了聚光面积为10 m~2聚光集热融雪系统,并进行实际天气下的实验。结果表明,聚光集热融雪系统集热效果良好,空载情况下40 min可升至100℃;系统在10:00-14:00时可保持稳态产水,平均有效效率可达39%;实际天气下,运行时间内平均太阳辐照度大于等于0.8 k W/m~2时,新型太阳能融雪净水系统日产水量可达200 L以上。
A new kind of solar snowmelt water purification system based on solar energy heat collection technology and ice melting technology is introduced. It is mainly composed of solar energy concentrating heat collecting system, rapid ice melting accelerating system and snowmelting water purifying water system. The design ideas and development process of the main functional system are expounded. A condensing and snow melting system with a concentrating area of 10 m ~ 2 is set up and experiments under actual weather are carried out. The results show that the collector-collector snowmelt system has a good heat-collection effect and can reach 100 ° C in 40 min under no-load conditions.
