以复合材料理论通过实验表明,砼受压破坏与受冲磨破坏的影响因素有很大不同,仅用抗压强度大小来衡量砼抗冲磨能力的强弱是粗糙的。抗冲磨砼的配合比设计原则应采用适当小的水灰比和少水泥浆量,据此原则,进行抗冲磨砼配合比设计举例试验,获得了满意的结果,使抗冲磨强度提高29%~48%。
Based on the theory of composite material, it is shown through experiments that the influence factors of compressive failure and erosion damage of concrete are quite different. Only the strength of compressive strength measures the strength of anti-abrasion ability of concrete is rough. The design principle of the mix proportion of the anti-abrasion concrete should adopt the appropriate small water-cement ratio and the amount of the small grout. According to this principle, the design of the anti-abrasion concrete mix ratio design is given as an example to test and the satisfactory result is obtained so that the anti-abrasion strength is improved 29% ~ 48%.
