Acute dendritic keratitis infection in patients with increased tear, the other normal eyes do not increase. The lysozyme concentration of the two no significant difference. No significant difference with the control group. There was no correlation between tear volume and lysozyme concentration. The authors’ findings support the notion that the composition that stimulates tear secretion is constant and independent of tear volume. Acute dendritic keratitis (age 8 to 78 years old) in 40 patients (male 22, female 18) was studied in a Schirmer I test with a sterile 5 × 35 mm Whatman No. 41 filter paper
