矿用救生舱是矿工井下逃生的关键设备,为提高其抗冲击能力,舱体结构通常设计为方形或拱形舱。笔者针对拱形舱进行了静力分析,然后利用LS-DYNA对两种舱体进行显示动力学分析,并在考虑了重力影响的前提下,得到其在载荷峰值为0.6 MPa的三角波作用下的应力和总变形位移响应,分析结果表明,在外壳厚度和加强筋相同的情况下,拱形舱体耐冲击性能更好,采用LS-DYNA显式动力学分析方法更为准确。
Mine rescue capsule is the key equipment for underground miners to escape, in order to enhance its impact resistance, the cabin structure is usually designed as a square or arched cabin. In this paper, the static analysis of the arched cabin was carried out. Then, the dynamics analysis of the two kinds of pods was carried out by using LS-DYNA. Under the influence of gravity, the triangular wave with the peak load of 0.6 MPa was obtained The results of stress and total displacement show that the impact resistance of the dome is better under the same shell thickness and stiffener, and the LS-DYNA explicit dynamic analysis method is more accurate.
