本文对我国几名优秀跳高男运动员在实际比赛中跳高起跳动作进行研究,运用影片解析仪获得数据并经计算机处理,发现我国优秀跳高运动员助跑最后三步人体重心和速度均有明显下降,助跑最后一步的步频不是提高(国外运动员最后一步步频增0.6步/秒)而是下降0.91步/秒,起跳速度5.282米/秒不亚于国外运动员,但起跳角(83~93°)大于国外运动员(74~83°),这恐怕是我国跳高运动员成绩不理想的运动学原因。
