杭钢集团公司是全国500家大中型国有企业和74家重点钢铁企业之一,下属二级单位39家,员工17800多人。经过几年的快速发展,已形成钢铁业为主,与房地产、贸易流通、环保、酒店餐饮、黄金开采、科研设计、教育、建筑安装等产业并举的格局。2004年公司实现销售收入213.72亿元,利润14.68亿元,提前两年实现“十五”奋斗目标,为加快做大做强杭钢的进程,奠定了更加坚实的基础。在公司经济效益提高的同时,我们清醒地意识到员工素质现状与同类先进企业间存在的差距及与本企业发展前景要求
Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group Corporation is the country’s 500 large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises and 74 key steel companies, under the two units 39, more than 17800 employees. After several years of rapid development, the steel industry has formed a pattern of simultaneous development with industries such as real estate, trade, environmental protection, hotel and catering, gold mining, research and design, education, construction and installation. In 2004, the company realized a sales revenue of 21.372 billion yuan and a profit of 1.468 billion yuan. It achieved the goal of “the Tenth Five-Year Plan” two years ahead of schedule and laid a solid foundation for accelerating the process of making Hangzhou Iron and Steel bigger and stronger.
