In Algeria, from the city to the countryside, we saw a brand new residential building rise from wherever we went. On that busy construction site, we had towers and towering cranes. This scene shows that Algeria’s housing construction has made remarkable achievements. The construction and distribution of Algerian housing are all based on “sets”.
