目的:基于组分结构理论对不同厂家三黄清解片中活性成分对比分析。方法:采用HPLC法同时测定三黄清解片中黄芩苷、绿原酸、连翘苷3种成分,并采用组间关联法对不同厂家进行组分对比分析;采用聚类分析法考察比较不同厂家三黄清解片主要成分的差异情况。结果:10个不同厂家(S1~S10)的三黄清解片中黄芩苷、绿原酸、连翘苷质量分数配比差异较大,其中S5、S6厂家制剂各成分质量分数及配比均较低。组间关联分析显示:黄芩苷质量分数除S4和S7、S4和S8、S9和S7厂家比较外,其余厂家含量比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);连翘苷质量分数除S3和S4、S3和S5、S4和S5、S7和S8、S9和S4、S9和S5、S9和S6、S10和S6外,其余厂家含量比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:市场上三黄清解片制剂疗效参差不齐,通过试验比较研究三黄清解片中主要成分的质量分数级其配比,发现存在显著性差异。
OBJECTIVE: To compare and analyze the active ingredients of Sanhuangqing Tablets from different manufacturers based on the theory of compositional structure. Methods: Simultaneous determination of three components of baicalin, chlorogenic acid and forsythin in Sanhuangqingjiedu tablets by HPLC was carried out, and the components of different manufacturers were compared by using inter-group correlation method. The results of cluster analysis were compared with each other Differences in the main components of the three yellow clear manufacturers. Results: The contents of baicalin, chlorogenic acid and forsythin in 10 different manufacturers (S1 ~ S10) were significantly different, and the contents of the components and their proportions Lower. The correlation analysis between groups showed that the content of baicalin was statistically significant except S4 and S7, S4 and S8, S9 and S7 compared with other manufacturers (P <0.05) , S3 and S5, S4 and S5, S7 and S8, S9 and S4, S9 and S5, S9 and S6, S10 and S6, the rest of the manufacturers were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of Sanhuangqingjie Tablet in the market is uneven. The comparison of the quality scores of the main components in Sanhuangqingjie Tablet by the test shows that there is a significant difference.
