为解决文家坡煤矿副井井筒淋水量大的问题,将井筒内已装备的罐笼进行改造作为注浆平台。注浆期间采用先下行后上行式的方法,分段作业,并且在井壁脆弱的素砼支护段注浆压力控制在2 MPa以下。经过70 d注浆,副井井筒淋水量从32 m~3/h降至8.86 m~3/h,注浆堵水效果明显。
In order to solve the problem of large amount of water in the auxiliary shaft of Wenjiabao coal mine, the existing cage in the wellbore was modified as a grouting platform. During the grouting, the descending and post-descending method is adopted to work in stages, and the grouting pressure in frangible concrete support section of well bore is controlled under 2 MPa. After 70 days of grouting, the amount of water drained from the shaft of the auxiliary shaft decreased from 32 m 3 / h to 8.86 m 3 / h, and the effect of water injection by grouting was obvious.
