上肢神经损伤在伤害案件中比较常见。本文收集87例外伤性上肢神经损伤的鉴定资料,就其不同神经损伤的临床表现进行分析,旨在探讨外伤性上肢神经损伤的鉴定方法和依据。1案例资料87例上肢神经损伤资料取自2009年至2012年法医活体损伤鉴定案例。男性伤者84例,年龄15~68岁;女性伤者3例,年龄29~42岁。刀砍伤68例(78%),玻璃割伤13例(15%),铁棒打击4例 Upper limb nerve injury is more common in injury cases. In this paper, 87 cases of traumatic upper limb nerve injury were collected to analyze the clinical manifestations of different nerve injuries, in order to explore the identification method and basis of traumatic upper limb nerve injury. 1 case data 87 cases of upper extremity nerve injury data taken from 2009 to 2012 forensic biopsy injury cases. 84 cases of male wounded, aged 15 to 68 years; 3 female wounded, aged 29 to 42 years old. 68 cases (78%) were stabbed, 13 cases were cut by glass (15%) and 4 cases were attacked by iron bar
