近几年,我国高职教育事业发展迅速,无论是高职院校办学规模,还是高职院校教学质量,均得到了长足的发生和提高。素质教育背景下,学生的教学主体地位愈发突出,学生个人能力及综合素质的培养和发展受到了越来越广泛的关注。体育素质作为学生综合素质的重要组成,直接反映出学生的体质健康状况,加强学生体育素质锻炼,优化高职体育教学实施效果,是高职院校教学发展的重要内容。笔者从高职体育教学改革入手,就“专项+田径”课程的教学优势和实践策略,发表几点看法,以供相关教师参考。
In recent years, the rapid development of higher vocational education in our country, both the scale of running a higher vocational college and the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges, have all taken a great leap forward. Under the background of quality education, the teaching subject status of students becomes more and more prominent. The cultivation and development of individual ability and comprehensive quality of students have drawn more and more attention. As an important component of students ’comprehensive quality, physical education is a direct reflection of students’ physical health. It is an important content of teaching development in higher vocational colleges to strengthen physical activity of students and optimize effect of physical education in higher vocational schools. The author starts with the reform of higher vocational education in physical education, and gives some opinions on teaching advantages and practical strategies of “special + track and field” course for the reference of relevant teachers.
