选用C57BL/6小鼠50只,雌雄各半,分成章光101组、米诺地尔组和黑桃素-BF高(167.67mg/ml)、中(100.60 mg/ml)、低(33.53mg/ml)剂量组,连续涂抹21天,考察小鼠皮肤毛发生长状况,观察皮肤真皮层中毛囊数量及真皮层厚度,测定皮肤组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)及I型胶原(Col I)含量。结果表明:黑桃素-BF高、中剂量组对小鼠新生毛发长度、新生毛发重量、皮肤毛囊数、真皮层厚度、皮肤VEGF及Col I含量均有明显的增加作用,但低剂量组作用效果不明显;章光101组对小鼠新生毛发长度和皮肤Col I含量均有增加,但对小鼠新生毛发重量、皮肤毛囊数、真皮层厚度和皮肤VEGF含量增加不明显;米诺地尔组对小鼠新生毛发长度和毛发重量均有增加,但对小鼠皮肤毛囊数、真皮层厚度、皮肤VEGF及Col I含量都没有明显的增加作用。结论:黑桃素-BF可能通过增加毛囊组织中毛囊数和调节VEGF水平起到促进毛发生长的作用,其高、中剂量组促毛发效果优于章光101育发剂组和米诺地尔酊组。

Minoxidil group On the mouse newborn hair length and hair weight have increased, but the mouse skin follicle number, dermal layer thickness, skin VEGF and Col I content did not significantly increase the role. CONCLUSION: The content of hair follicles and hair follicles in hair follicle of hair follicles can be increased by increasing the number of follicles in hair follicles and regulating the level of VEGF. The hair growth promoting effect of high and medium dose groups is better than that of Zhangguang 101 hairbrush and minoxidil group.
