上海市经委的重点攻关项目,可控气氛弹簧棒料加热炉机组研制成功,整套驱动机构采用微机控制,炉体采用高铝合金耐火纤维炉衬,加热工件质量好,热效率高,省电。上海中国弹簧厂使用该加热炉机组后,生产效率提高几十倍,产品合格率达100%,节电效果显著。上海中外合资企业,上海大众桑塔纳汽车已决定全部采用该厂的产品。该加热炉机组,目前已通过上海市的技术鉴定。
Shanghai Economic Commission of the key research projects, controllable atmosphere spring bar heater unit successfully developed, the entire drive mechanism using computer control, furnace with high-aluminum refractory fiber lining, heating the workpiece quality, high thermal efficiency, energy saving. Shanghai China Spring Factory use of the heating unit, the production efficiency increased several times, 100% pass rate of products, energy-saving effect is remarkable. Shanghai Sino-foreign joint ventures, Shanghai Volkswagen Santana Motor has decided to use the plant’s products. The heating furnace unit, has passed the Shanghai technical appraisal.
