采用自制的聚硅酸铁锌(PFZSS)与壳聚糖(CTS)制备了新型复合絮凝剂PFZSS-CTS,并研究该絮凝剂对模拟直接大红染料废水的脱色效果.结果表明,适宜的絮凝条件为:投药量40 mg/L,pH=7,沉降时间30 min,快速、慢速搅拌转速分别为130、55 r/min,快速、慢速搅拌分别为时间2.5、15 min,此条件下染料的脱色率达到99.52%.结合ζ电位的分析,初步推断其絮凝机制包括电中和、吸附架桥、网捕卷扫.“,”A new type of compound flocculant PFZSS-CTS was prepared by laboratory made PFZSS and CTS.The results showed that the optimum flocculation conditions:dosage was 40 mg/L,pH=7,sedimentation time 30 min,raid stirring rate and slow stirring rate were 130,55 r/min,respectively,and raid stirring time and slow stirring time were 2.5,15 min,respectively.Under these conditions,the dye decolorization rate reached 99.52%.Through analyzed the zeata potential,the preliminary result indicated that the mechanism for flocculation mechanism included electrical neutralization,adsorption bridging,enmeshment and volume sweep.
