随着社会主义市场经济的发展,各项专业监督与管理的作用都在发生变化,财务监督与管理变得越来越重要。特别是在军队基建施工过程中,财务监督与管理起着举足轻重的作用。发挥好军队基建财务监督与管理的职能作用,关系到一个单位效益的好坏和基建项目成本费用的高低。本文就如何发挥军队基建财务监督与管理的职能作用谈几点看法。
