患儿，男性，12天。出生时体重3，500g。因全身紫绀、烦躁一天于1984年12月12日入院。入院前2无患儿父母将青菜、白菜各2两加水煮沸约1小时，放置5～6小时后再用菜汤调奶粉喂养患儿，喂入菜水总量约400ml。于入院前一天患儿哭啼不安，全身发绀，并逐渐加重，哭闹时更甚，无呼吸困难，即来院就医。患儿系一胎一产，足月顺产，产时无特殊，产后奶粉喂养。体检：体温37.5℃，脉搏140次，呼吸25次。全身皮肤紫绀，哭声洪亮，呼吸稳平无鼻翼煽动，颈软，双肺无干、湿罗音，心率140次，心律齐，未闻病理性紫音，腹软，肝肋下1cm。血红蛋白14.7g，红细胞506万，白细胞12，500，中性56％，淋巴34％，酸性3％，单核3％，血小板14.7万（注：采血时血外观呈巧克力
