动态交通管理的优化帮助交通管理者针对实时交通状况制定出最优的交通管理方案.本文就此类问题建立了双层优化模型,并在下层模型中借助微观交通仿真模型,来评估优化过程中任一给定交通管理措施对路网交通流的影响;针对此模型,开发了基于模拟退火算法的优化解法.实践表明,借助下层交通仿真模型能方便有效地估量动态交通管理措施对交通流在微观层面上的影响,从而为上层模型中大规模的搜索优化奠定基础.
The optimization of dynamic traffic management helps traffic managers work out an optimal traffic management plan for real-time traffic conditions.This paper establishes a two-tier optimization model for such problems and uses the micro-traffic simulation model in the lower-level model to evaluate the optimization of traffic management A given traffic management measures on the road network traffic flow; for this model, developed based on simulated annealing algorithm optimization solution. Practice shows that the use of lower traffic simulation model can easily and effectively measure the dynamic traffic management measures on the traffic flow in the micro Level of influence, thus laying the foundation for large-scale search optimization in the upper model.
