以脂环族环氧树脂(E711)为原料,经丙烯酸(AA)酯化,合成脂环族环氧丙烯酸树脂(EA)。探讨了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂和阻聚剂用量对AA转化率的影响。并通过EA上的仲羟基和顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)反应,在EA上引入羧基亲水性基团,制备水性环氧丙烯酸树脂(EB),确定反应的最佳条件,并采用FT-IR红外光谱对产物进行表征。
An alicyclic epoxy resin (E711) was synthesized by esterification of acrylic acid (AA) with cycloaliphatic epoxy resin (EA). The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, amount of catalyst and inhibitor on AA conversion were discussed. The water-borne epoxy acrylic resin (EB) was prepared by the reaction of secondary hydroxyl and maleic anhydride (MA) on EA to introduce carboxyl hydrophilic groups into EA. The optimum reaction conditions were determined and characterized by FT-IR The product was characterized by IR.
