背向散射积分(IBS)联机分析,它可以通过分析处理组织散射的射频信号来判断组织的病理状态。为探讨该技术在尿毒症检测方面的临床应用价值,本研究检测了30例尿毒症患者和20例正常人肾实质的标化IBS。结果:尿毒症早期肾实质标化IBS值分别为右肾68.6±9.2,左肾74.3±11.0;尿毒症晚期肾实质标化IBS值分别为右肾80.5±14.3,左肾82.9±10.1,均明显高于正常对照组(右肾48.1±15.2,左肾41.6±18.3)。尿毒症晚期肾实质标化IBS高于尿毒症早期(P值<0.05)。本研究表明,背向散射积分值能反映慢性肾实质病变,对慢性肾病的临床诊断有一定的意义。
Backscatter integration (IBS) online analysis, which can determine the pathological state of the tissue by analyzing the RF signals scattered and processed by the tissue. In order to explore the clinical value of this technique in the detection of uremia, this study examined the renal IBS of 30 patients with uremia and 20 normal subjects. Results: The IBS values of renal parenchyma in the early stage of uremia were 68.6 ± 9.2 in the right kidney and 74.3 ± 11.0 in the left kidney respectively. The IBS values of the late parenchymal kidney in the uremic patients were 80.5 ± 14.3 and 82.9 ± 10.1 of the left kidney were significantly higher than the normal control group (right kidney 48.1 ± 15.2, left kidney 41.6 ± 18.3). Uremic late renal parenchymal standard IBS higher than early uremia (P value <0.05). This study shows that the integrated value of backscatter can reflect the chronic renal parenchymal disease, the clinical diagnosis of chronic kidney disease has a certain significance.
