实验研究了激光冲击强化对7075铝合金干摩擦性能的影响。通过对激光冲击强化前后的试件进行物相分析、硬度分析、残余应力分析以及金相组织分析,总结激光冲击强化改善7075铝合金耐磨性的原因。结果表明,激光冲击强化能使材料表面产生晶粒细化,提高材料的表面硬度,产生残余压应力;经过激光冲击强化处理之后7075铝合金的磨损量降低43.63%;磨痕的深度和宽度分别降低45.76%和18.84%,并且摩擦系数明显降低。激光冲击强化是一种能够有效改善7075铝合金耐磨性能的表面处理技术。
The impact of laser shock on the dry friction properties of 7075 aluminum alloy was experimentally studied. Through the analysis of phase, hardness, residual stress and microstructure of the specimens before and after laser shock, the reasons for the improvement of wear resistance of 7075 aluminum alloy by laser shock strengthening were summarized. The results show that the laser shock strengthening can make the grain refinement on the surface of the material and increase the surface hardness of the material, resulting in residual compressive stress. The wear amount of 7075 aluminum alloy decreases by 43.63% after the laser shock strengthening treatment. The depth and width of the wear scar are respectively Reduce 45.76% and 18.84%, and the friction coefficient is obviously reduced. Laser shock is a kind of surface treatment technology that can effectively improve the wear resistance of 7075 aluminum alloy.
