由于对光固树脂增材制备熔模热解特性认识不足,导致树脂光固成型熔模产生软化、翘曲、气化现象,陶瓷浆料外壳开裂损伤。为了研究熔模成型树脂DM8505与ABSLike材料的热稳定性,开展熔模成型光固树脂的热解残余灰分实验与热失重实验。结果表明,DM8505树脂热解残余灰分含量为0.881 3%~0.910 8%,ABSLike树脂热解残余灰分含量为0.331 2%~0.337 9%;温升在214.2~413.8℃范围内,DM8505光敏树脂光固成型试件的质量损失不受升温速率变化影响,试件在10℃/min速率升温时,其热质量损失最大;温升在287.7~449.2℃范围内,ABSLike光敏树脂光固成型试件热失重现象明显,试件质量由98.1%递减到16.6%,且25℃/min升温速率下的热失重量达到最大;叠层厚度对试件热失重特性的影响有限,ABSLike光固树脂更适用于基于树脂光固成型的快速熔模精铸铸造工艺。
Due to the lack of understanding of the photothermographic properties of photo-curable resin additive preparation, it leads to the softening, warpage and gasification phenomena of the photo-solid-forming mold, and the cracking of the ceramic slurry shell. In order to study the thermal stability of melt-mold resin DM8505 and ABSLike, pyrolysis residual ash and thermogravimetry experiments of melt-mold photopolymer were carried out. The results showed that the pyrolytic residual ash content of DM8505 resin was 0.881 3% ~ 0.910 8%, and the pyrolytic residual ash content of ABSLike resin was 0.331 2% ~ 0.337 9%. The temperature rise was in the range of 214.2 ~ 413.8 ℃. The mass loss of the molded specimen is not affected by the change of the heating rate. The thermal mass loss of the specimen is the highest when the temperature is increased at the rate of 10 ℃ / min. The temperature loss is within the range of 287.7 ~ 449.2 ℃.
