建立快速测定西兰花中铜的火焰原子吸收光谱法。用快速消解的方法处理西兰花,定容后直接进样测定。结果表明:该方法操作简便,重复性良好,铜在0~1.0 mg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 9。测定11次试剂空白,方法检出限为0.062 mg/kg,铜元素在加标量为1.98,5.67和9.67 mg/kg的回收率分别为99.9%,99.9%和96.0%,重复测定RSD值为3.95%(n=7)。同时测定菠菜标准物质(GBW 10015)结果符合标准值。该方法快速、简便、准确,具有较高的实用价值,为西兰花中铜的快速检测提供科学依据。
A Rapid Determination of Copper in Broccoli by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. Broccoli is treated with a rapid digestion method and is directly injected into the sample after its volume has been determined. The results showed that the method was simple and reproducible with good linearity in the range of 0 ~ 1.0 mg / L copper with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. The detection reagent blank was determined by 11 methods. The detection limit was 0.062 mg / kg. The recoveries of copper were 99.9%, 99.9% and 96.0% at the spiked scoring of 1.98, 5.67 and 9.67 mg / kg, respectively. The RSD of repeated determinations was 3.95 % (n = 7). Simultaneous determination of spinach reference material (GBW 10015) results in line with the standard value. The method is rapid, simple, accurate and has high practical value. It provides a scientific basis for the rapid detection of copper in broccoli.
