课程资源是达成课程目标的重要保证,能否合理有效地开发与利用课程资源直接关系到课程实施的成效。传统的课程观认为思想品德教材是唯一的课程资源,而新课程理念认为教材依然是重要的课程资源,但它不是唯一的课程资源,只有充分开发与利用发生在学生身边的鲜活的课程资源,才能发挥课程资源的人文教育功能,有效地实施课程目标。
