校企合作的职业教育是我国职业教育的重要方式,在实践过程中取得了重要成效。然而校企合作的实践中存在着很多亟待解决的问题。首先是观念错位造成政策缺位;其次校企合作的职教体系还不能够完全适合我国国情。这些问题造成了职业教育校企合作实践中困境。本文提出了新的职业教育校企合作机制体系。
Vocational education with the cooperation of school and enterprise is an important way of vocational education in our country and has achieved important results in practice. However, there are many problems to be solved in the practice of school-enterprise cooperation. First of all, the concept of dislocation caused by lack of policies; followed by the vocational school-enterprise cooperation system can not fully suit our national conditions. These problems have caused the plight of vocational school-enterprise cooperation in practice. This paper presents a new vocational education system of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism.
