蛋白激酶CK2是一种高度保守的、在真核细胞中普遍存在的信使非依赖性丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶。它由两个催化亚基(α和/或α′)和两个调节亚基β组成,参与了一系列细胞生理功能的过程。CK2与补体系统中的某些成分C1r、C3、C9有着密切的关系,从而影响补体系统在杀灭、溶解细胞以及吸引吞噬细胞、调节吞噬作用等方面的生理功能。该文就近年来有关CK2对补体系统成分进行磷酸化的作用及其对补体生理功能方面影响的研究作一综述。
Protein kinase CK2 is a highly conserved messenger-independent silk / threonine protein kinase that is prevalent in eukaryotes. It consists of two catalytic subunits (α and / or α ’) and two regulatory subunits β, involved in a series of cellular physiological processes. CK2 and some components of the complement system C1r, C3, C9 has a close relationship, thus affecting the complement system in killing, dissolving cells and attract phagocytes, regulate phagocytosis and other aspects of physiological functions. In this paper, the effects of CK2 on the phosphorylation of complement system components and its effect on complement physiological function in recent years are reviewed.
