某火力发电厂T91高温再热器管发生爆管,通过宏观爆口分析、化学成分分析、金相组织分析、EDS分析以及力学性能检验等手段对此次T91管爆管事故进行了研究。结果表明:爆口呈喇叭状,边缘锋利,具有典型的塑性变形特征,爆口附近的金相组织不具有典型的马氏体形貌特征,基体中析出大量的第二相粒子。综合判断此次爆管原因为短期过热至马氏体相变点之上,材料强度急剧下降,低于内部介质的压力而瞬间发生爆管。
The explosion of T91 high temperature reheater tube in a thermal power plant was explored. The explosion of T91 tube was investigated by macroscopic burst analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis, EDS analysis and mechanical property test. The results show that the popped mouth has a trumpet shape and a sharp edge with a typical plastic deformation. The microstructure near the breach does not have the typical martensite morphology, and a large number of second phase particles are precipitated in the matrix. Comprehensive judgment of the reason for the burst pipe short-term overheating to martensitic transformation point above the sharp decline in material strength, lower than the pressure of the internal medium and burst pipe burst.
