最近读到的一则故事引起了我的感慨——“扬短避长”有时也是一种管理。日本一家企业生产圆珠笔,其产品优势是使用时间长。然而实际投放市场后反响平平,原因在于圆珠笔芯中的油墨还没有使用完,笔芯上的圆珠就坏了——这显然是个致命的问题。为此,厂家不惜重金请来许多专家对笔芯上的圆珠质量进行攻关。但是做了很多努力,效果都不甚理想。专家断言——只能改进到目前这种效果了。厂家一筹莫展,圆珠笔生产也陷入困境。后来,这家企业里的一个普通员工用一个极为简单的方法,就轻易地解决了这个难题——将笔杆截去一小截——等到笔芯上的圆珠报废的时候,油墨正好用完。凭着这个简单的方法,该企业最终走出
